Overview of Basic Terms:

- Free delivery upon completion. Installation is extra.
- More than 50 miles from Eastover, SC
- Travel expenses for a site visit during design process are extra. Although not required, it is highly recommended. I will not guarantee the fit of the piece unless this visit is included.
- Shipping of final piece and/or travel expenses for installation are extra.
- Minimum charges
- For art, architectural and structural pieces
- $200 for design process
- $200 for installation
- For smaller pieces such as furniture or non-installable decorative pieces
- Terms of payment
- For projects less than $20,000
- 1/2 down is needed before fabrication starts
- 1/2 upon personal delivery or before shipment of final product
- For projects more than $20,000
- 1/3 down is needed before fabrication starts
- 1/3 at midpoint of fabrication
- 1/3 upon personal delivery or before shipment of final product
